About the Writers
Eric was an avid comic reader in the late 1990s. He then took a hiatus from comic reading until 2011 when he dove head-first back into comics. Back in the 90s Eric only read Marvel comics although he loved Batman: The Animated Series. After a 2 year dalliance (2011-2013) with Marvel and DC, Eric now almost exclusively reads Image Comics.
Dan has a preference for independent and creator-owned comics. However, he does enjoy Marvel’s Ultimate Comics line.
Kari read her first comic at the age of nine – her brother’s much-abused copy of Archie – and promptly forgot about it. Now, nearly two decades later, she has rediscovered the genre and has yet to look back. She enjoys some Marvel comics, but her heart lives in the DC universe.
Teresa is a lifelong geek and has been a Marvel fan since she saw the X-Men cartoon in the early 1990s. She’s always loved TV and movie adaptations of both Marvel and DC characters, but it wasn’t until the Marvel Cinematic Universe that she fell head over heels and started visiting her local comic shop regularly. She’s been reading nonstop to make up for lost time and is mostly into Marvel comics, but she does branch out occasionally.
