This weekend I upgraded Comic POW! to use https (which I probably should have done long ago), but the front page images are currently a little messed up. I think it may be a cache issue from Cloudfare, but I’m not sure. I’ll be investigating over the next few days to try and figure it out.

Update: checking the Firefox Console output shows that it’s trying to block the “loading of mixed content” and that it is definitely related to some sort of cache, either online, on the browser, or a combination of the two. I’m going to give it a day or two to see if it resolves itself.

Update 2: I’ve fixed it. Apparently there was an error in the database where it didn’t save my site URL as having HTTPS.

Eric was an avid comic reader in the late 1990s. He then took a hiatus from comic reading until 2011 when he dove head-first back into comics. Back in the 90s Eric only read Marvel comics although he loved Batman: The Animated Series. After a 2 year dalliance (2011-2013) with Marvel and DC, Eric now almost exclusively reads Image Comics.
